We have left our innovative mark in the real estate sector, focusing on the design and development of projects that are now emblematic in the metropolitan area of Monterrey, Nuevo León, such as Plaza Fiesta San Agustin, La Herradura and Torre IXCO, as well as a hotel in Cancún.

La Reserva

Located in the west sector of Monterrey, just on the lowlands of Cerro de las Mitras, this real estate development was designed by two of the most important architecture and urban planning global firms.

All the concept pretends to create a fully planned community, with green areas, bike paths and wide sidewalks, along with all the services (schools, hospitals, temples) to meet the needs of its residents.

Located within La Reserva, this real estate development integrates a comprehensive urban space that includes recreational areas, commercial areas, offices and services in harmonious coexistence.

Our hotel is in a privileged location in Cancun, off the coast of Isla Mujeres and close to shopping malls and other attractions.

We distinguish ourselves by the cleanliness of its beach and the tranquility of the sea, but also by its family atmosphere and unparalleled service.

We currently have the “Safe Travels” badge, granted by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), as well as the Certification in Sanitary Protection and Prevention in Tourist Facilities granted by the State Government.

La Herradura

With majestic views of the southern Monterrey mountains, this successful real estate development was built around a golf course. The residents are families and neighbors who decided to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and breathe fresh air.
